What is conductive gel?
Conductive gel is a viscous gel used for treatments that require conductivity. It is especially used for treatments using techniques such as ultrasound, photo depilation, laser, electrotherapy, ultrasound, and passive gymnastics. Ideal for facial ultrasound treatment. Conductive gel is a dense gel created from water, colourless and odourless, which aids the conductivity of the above-mentioned treatments. Conductive gel is only suitable for use during treatment. It is cool to apply and prevents irritation or burns that may be caused by the treatment. Our recommendation is Pilbelles conductive gel suitable as a conductive gel for laser hair removal, ipl conductive gel or facial conductive gel. This gel is for EXTERNAL USE only.
Pilbelles Conductive Gel
For aesthetic treatments we recommend purchasing Pilbelles conductive gel, which is a medium viscosity, as well as an excellent contact gel for use in diagnostic testing and ultrasound treatment, as well as other external procedures requiring a dense medium. Created with a formula of lubricating and sliding qualities surplus, creating a surface evenness to facilitate the sliding of the probe. Its medium viscosity allows the ultrasonic gel to spread evenly without sagging. Moreover, it is easy and fast to clean. It is non-greasy, non-irritating to the skin, water-soluble and easy to remove. Alcohol and perfume free. It does not contain abrasive and/or conductive substances that may damage the transducer, sensor or detector. The type of packaging prevents the gel from drying out.
How is conductive gel used?
- Spread a thin layer of conductive gel on the area of the body to be treated.
- Perform the corresponding treatment on the area to which the ultrasonic gel has been applied.
