With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
How To Measure Your Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

Instruction guide:
1º. Lay black rug, provided with a latex sheet adapted so that the Cleaner with Active Oxygen does not pass through and prevents evaporation.
We recommend PILBELLESS brand.
2º. Blue rug to dry the soles after disinfection.
3º. Join both rugs with a vinyl strip (2 cm glued to each rug and 3 cm between rugs).
4º. Place the other strips of vinyl as shown in the product image. (3 cm on the black rugand 4 cm for gluing it to the floor).
5º. Pour ±100 mL of PILBELLES cleaner on the black rug, and replenish approximately every 4 hours.
6º. Durability depends on use, sun exposure, maintenance...
*RECOMMENDATION: it is advisable to place a mat to clean the soles before stepping on the carpets, these are only for walking on, not for cleaning shoes or aggressive actions.*
