How to use kinesiology tapes
Generally, this type of product is used by doctors and physiotherapists for the prevention and treatment of injuries. It is important to clean the area with cotton before applying the kinesiology tape to the skin. When removing the tape, pull the skin slowly and it will peel off.
How to put kinesiology tapes on the foot
Regardless of the area where the neuromuscular taping is applied, the procedure is similar. The area must be clean and dry before the kinesiology tape is applied to the skin. If the bandage gets wet, do not wipe it dry.
How long should kinesiology tapes be used?
Between 3 and 5 days is the recommended time for the use of the neuromuscular bandage. You can shower or go to the beach with it thanks to its waterproof fabric that protects the skin's protective barrier by preventing water from entering between the skin and the adhesive.
