How To Measure Your Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

The paraffin bath hydrates dry hands, feet, elbows... reduces muscle tension and soothes their pain, softens dry skin and smooths cracked skin. It is also indicated for osteoarthritis, bones, and joints problems rehabilitation.
* Instructions for use:
- Place the paraffin in the warmer and close the tap.
- Adjust the temperature.
- Once the paraffin is melted, lower the temperature to keep warm.
- Dip the area to be treated until the wax hardens and repeat this process 4 to 5 times to form a thick layer on the skin.
- Cover the area and put a pair of mittens to conserve heat.
- After 10-12 minutes, remove everything.
