Shipping costs for the peninsula vary depending on the amount of your order. If the total is less than €40 , the shipping costs will be €4.95 . If the amount is between 40 euros and 75 euros , the shipping costs will be €2.95 . For orders over €75 , shipping will be completely free . VAT not included. If you live in the Balearic Islands or outside of Spain and your order is less than €40 , the shipping cost will be €9.95 . On the other hand, if the order is between €40 and €75 , the shipping price is reduced to €7.95 . Finally, if the amount exceeds €75 , the shipping costs will be only €5.00 . As for the delivery time, it is usually 24 to 72 hours from when the order is placed.
When you pay for your order , all invoices are automatically sent by email, indicating in the subject that they contain the invoice (check your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox). If you need to download invoices, you can do so directly from the order history section on our website. To do this, you just have to look for the option " Download invoice in PDF "
Orders before 5:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. The usual delivery time is 24 to 48 hours after formalizing the purchase, although this period may vary depending on the carrier selected. Orders by transfer will be sent once the deposit has been received into our account.

All our customers have the right to return their products without having to give any explanation. To exercise this right, you must notify Floccus through the contact form they provide . Once you receive your notification, Floccus will refund all payments made, including shipping costs, using the same payment method you used to make the original purchase. However, you must return the products to Floccus within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed them of your decision to return them. In addition, you must bear the direct shipping costs for the return and be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
